• All refunds are subject to a processing fee of $25.00.
• 75% of the registration fee will be refunded if requested prior to team assignments;
50% of the registration fee will be refunded if requested subsequent to team
assignment and prior to the first scheduled game of the player’s team.
• No refund requests will be accepted after the first scheduled game.

The cutoff date to determine a baseball player's league age is 4/30. For the 2012 season, a player's league age is their age on 4/30/2012.

| T-Ball | 4-6 | When first learning, children league age 4-5 typically play T-Ball. This is a training ground for the youngest players and are co-ed teams. All 4-year-olds must be able to follow directions and be willing to participate, and will be required to play T-Ball again next season. Many children league age 6 play T-Ball. | $135 |
| Rookie | 6-7 | Six-year-olds may play at the Rookie (coach pitch) level if they are comfortable catching, throwing, and swinging at a pitched ball. Most children league age 7 play at the Rookie level if they have learned to catch balls thrown at face level and above with the glove held vertically rather than horizontally and are comfortable hitting a ball pitched by an adult. These are co-ed teams. | $135 |
| Farm | 8-10 | Most players at this level have learned to catch balls thrown at face level and above with the glove held vertically rather than horizontally (like a basket catch). The player successfully puts the ball in play in most coach-pitch at bats. | $150 |
| Minors | 9-11 | Players participate in player tryouts and, depending on their fielding and batting abilities, are drafted to play in the Minors or Majors division. Based on ability, players 10 and under may also be placed at the Farm level for further player development and playing time. | $170 |
| Majors | 11-12 | Players participate in player tryouts and, depending on their fielding and batting abilities, are drafted to play in the Minors or Majors divisions. | $170 |
| Juniors | 13-14 | Players league age 13 and 14 play in the Junior division once selected through a tryout process. | $195 |
| Seniors | 15-16 | League age 15 and 16 players play in the Senior division once selected through a tryout process. Senior Baseball season starts after Memorial Day and continues through the summer. | $195 |

| Minors | 9-11 | Full-time player pitch. Girls should exhibit the ability to throw and catch and have a sound understanding of softball theory. Tryouts may be required. | $170 |
| Majors | 11-12 | Competitive level of play for girls league age 11-12. Note: Players can attain the age of 13 AFTER 1/1. At this level, stealing is legal upon a pitcher's release of the ball and rules such as a dropped third strike apply. Pitchers are required to throw from a distance of 40 feet. Tryouts may be required. | $170 |
| Juniors | 13-14 | Fastpitch for girls who are fairly advanced in skill level and/or age. Girls league age 12 can play Juniors. Some girls league age 12 might be asked to "co-league" if there are not enough participants at the Junior level. A 12-year-old must participate in at least 60% of games at the Majors level in order to be qualified for All-Stars at the Major level. | $195 |
